not likely going to get much/anything from Indiana as an OOS student with a 1300.

Yes, it will have a negative affect if you want a good bit of merit to really bring down cost. Your CR score is a mismatch with your M score. It makes your M+C an equivalent of an ACT 29.

How much will your family pay?

How much merit do you need? How much do you need your net cost to be?

If you need a decent amount of merit, you need another list.

What are your financial safety schools (schools that you know for sure that you have all costs covered)?

My son was accepted to Lafayette with extremely similar SAT scores (actually a little more mismatched between the math and the critical reading score), but he was not offered any merit aid. We also don’t qualify for need based aid. His GPA was not as high though as yours. Nor were his extracurriculars as compelling. However, his high school is a very strong preparatory program so he did have that aspect. He was waitlisted at Lehigh. Just one small data point, but hope it helps. It’s tough with the disparate Math and Critical Reading scores. My son applied to roughly fifteen colleges, and his acceptances were a little all over the map. Good luck with it all!!
