Please provide any insight on these universities and their business schools or any others you may reccomed

I’m going to suggest you copy/paste this to the chances forum. The answers are better there for this kind of question.

What I want to know is… Why are you taking so much math for a business admin major? If you really like math you would be better off getting a masters/PhD in Economics as, at least for UNC, only requires the calculus series and perhaps linear algebra if I remember correctly. To truly be a well rounded business man you need to know some more English and if your school offers it, AP History and AP philosophy or a different Liberal Art class to help teach you reasoning and critical thinking and perhaps a computer class if your school has them. Also I would definitely get some “helping the needy” EC such as animal shelters and homeless shelters if you are applying to high level religious schools.

First, you have a very strong chance at all but UNC where you still stand a decent chance. Give it your best shot.

Next you’ll benefit greatly with strong math background if you want to excell in Finance.

My son has the same interest and is taking Calc 3 in his sr yr in high school. Keep up your math in college and you’ll be eligible for quant positions.

Very nice profile…an excellent business program is offered at Babson…it is very empowering and provides an incoming student with the opportunity to learn many aspects of business before deciding on a major concentration. I think your profile would be a good fit and your math proficiency would greatly assist in succeeding there!

I’m not big on chancing, but I do agree that other than UNC which is a reach you look to have a reasonable shot at the schools. Richmond and Lehigh are also excellent for business (Richmond might be a bit of a reach, but not unreasonable). My D is at Lafayette currently – it is a fantastic LAC but there is no business major. My S was an undergraduate business major – he looked at a couple of the schools on your list and ended up going to Fordham (Gabelli) which was his top choice and a great place for him – it may be worth looking into. Tulane might be another school to look at. If finances are at all an issue you also may want to add a school like SUNY Binghamton which is well though of and reasonably priced even for OOS students.
