I am an international prospective student looking for a LAC/university that is not so very competitive but provides excellent financial aid for international students (actually I would be fully dependent on the financial aid, so I don’t really care much about the ranking). I want to apply for a bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance.
Please give me some suggestions. I prefer LACs but universities are ok. My main concern is the financial aid.

There are none. Only the most prestigious colleges in the country provide significant financial aid to international students; you’ll have to search for merit scholarships.
There are some public universities with good merit aid, but none is highly ranked. since you said that you don’t care about ranking, That should not be a problem.

Any school that gives out large merit and/or need based awards will likely be both well known and very competitive. I think your best bet is to look for merit aid for your stats.
Check out Bates, Colorado College, Reed, Skidmore, Dickinson, Union, Macalester.
If you want to consider universities with automatic merit scholarships, start with the University of Alabama.
OP, what is your idea of “not very competitive”.
GPA and test scores? How much can your parents afford to pay (will you qualify for aid)? How much are they willing to pay (how much merit aid do you need)?
