Looking for Programs

I've decided that will do a program this year, it'll be my first. I'm currently a sophomore. I've looked at SIG, and Exploration and they seem very nice (but I doubt I could get into SIG).

I'd appreciate it if you guys could tell me about similar programs. Price isnt a big problem, as long as it's <$6000, financial aid would be nice.

Bummer you missed TASS.

i would try maybe a job or internship. For us sophomores there aren't many program unfortunately. Do something local this year to build on your resume and then apply next year to something.

There are some great college programs too. For many of these all you have to do is meet the requirements and have the money.
Depending on your interest (presumably science) I would lean to a school with a larger science background (obviously)

Good Luck!

Thanks. Yea, I'll do something next year too (give a shot at TASP).

Anyone do the Summer Program at Boston University? I just got a package from them.

The summer after soph year I got in contact with our local university and set up an internship in a research lab. It was free, interesting, and "built up" my resume.
If you're into politics/history/intl relations (my "thing") try JSA or the Congressional Page program.

Congressional Page? And get groped? =O

lol that doesn't happen to the vast majority of pages
