<p>Do you by any chance have a learning disability? Like others, I am confused by the SAT/GPA contrast and wonder about grade inflation. Your grades make the CSUs safeties. </p>
<p>Riverside gets a bad rap but it’s a very good school.</p>
<p>You might want to look into test-optional schools that give good merit aid.</p>
