Looking for some good schools for me, please help!

Hey everyone, it seems that all the schools I'm looking at are either out of reach or can act as a safety. I'm looking at Penn state, Northwestern, NYU, UVA, UNC Chapel Hill, Johns Hopkins, and Harvard(lol).

I'm looking to get into either business or pre-med.

Here's some info:

33ACT, 2090 SAT but i'm submitting the ACT.

93.6/100 GPA.

Our school doesn't do class rankings or a 4.0 GPA scale, really made college searching difficult...

Decent Extracurriculars and essays.

Good Teacher recs.

Price, size, location of school doesn't matter as I'm trying to build a bigger list to choose from.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks in advance!!!

What’s your prospective major?

Your list has lots of medium/large urban schools, so I’d suggest looking into Boston University and the University of Rochester.

Biology, or depending on which school, economics At a school of arts and sciences, or finance or international business at business school

What is your home state so we can tell what is a reach?

I’m in PA.

Your ACT is much better than your SAT, but that’s fine. Schools will happily take that fine SAT score. :)

What is your home state?

Would you qualify for FA if needed? Can your family pay its EFC?

What is your major?

Do you like rah rah schools or more quiet studious schools?

Do you need some financial safeties in case your FA packages are inadequate?

Do you want some merit money?

Home state is PA

I will most likely qualify for FA

Major looking to be Biology or Business-related(depending on schools offerings)

I prefer larger schools

We do have a back up plan to pay for college.

I want merit money

Indiana and OH State would be good for business. You could get some Merit aid there. Definitely look at Pitt.

If you would like to do economics or something international I would suggest to look at Boston University.

Wisconsin and Washington are good for biology.

bump for more opinions! =D

The university of Alabama will give you free oos tuition if you apply by dec 1. Awesome business school and bio programs. New mega science complex.

I am typing from my phone. I will give more info later or pm me.
