Looking for someone to give me an idea about chances...

To start: I'm unsure whether I'll be in state or OOS. I'm moving from NY to NC, and NC will be my permanent residence for 1 year prior to starting classes at unc -- but i'm not sure if the counter starts from being admitted or from starting classes. But now, onto my stats:

SAT: 1310/1600
GPA (hs): 94/100 (unweighted, top 10% of class)
GPA (college): Binghamton University: 3.75
Suffolk Comm College: 4.0
Durham Tech Community College (didnt start yet, start in fall '10 -- intend to transfer to UNC-CH in fall '11): hopefully 4.0, but definitely 3.8+
Extracurriculars: Nothing really special; ~100 hours of community service, various hobbies/football in HS but no published research or anything of that nature

Can anyone give me a chance? Any guess is better than no guess :O Also, I can return the favor if you post your stats. And if there is anything I should've posted but forgot, please tell me so I can update this post.

Thanks a bunch to those who help out.

Unfortunately, since you’re applying as a transfer student, in state advantage does not apply. Transfer applications are always a little tricky, but I wish you the best of luck!
