Looking for someone to read my transfer essay.

I am a student at Saint Louis University, looking to transfer to University of Chicago, Washington University, Northwestern, or Vanderbilt. I am looking for someone to read my college essay.

I can read, I got into Cornell U. as a transfer last year :)

I’ll read it for you.

What’s you-all’s email? I would post it here but I don’t want someone else to steal my work.

Just send me a private message. Click my username and then msg me.

Send it via email by clicking my name not private message, sorry.

I have sent it to you.

It is a very good essay man. Is this your common application essay or an extra essay that you wrote for Washington University in St. Louis?

Hey, thanks, “Matisyahu”. It’s my common application essay for Wash-U. Do you think I need to improve anything?.. I don’t think there are any extra essays.

Well I just an extra specific one since my Common Application one was generic (applying to couple of different schools).

It a very strong essay with good personal stories. I think maybe if you talk a little bit more about the school - courses, teachers, programs, it could be to your advantage

I’m not sure if you got my email but you repeated the “It was senior of high school” bit.

If you want another opinion PM me with it

Thanks, “Matisyahu”. Oh, well that sounds like a lot of essays; I hope you get into all of your schools. Is University of Chicago one of them? I actually don’t know what you mean when you say that I repeated the “It was senior year of high school” bit. I couldn’t find that phrase in my paper. Thank you for reading my paper!

“Baller 11,” I have just sent you my paper.

Oh my bad that was a different essay.
Yours is bio research right? Yeah your essay is spectacular. Very detailed and specific.
I wanted to apply to Chicago - but then I realized everyone applying were extremely overqualified.

I think your essay was excellent - maybe if you talk a little more about Washington University in St. Louis - in terms of courses/teachers/diversity it may be good.

Thanks, Matisyahu!

Isn’t everyone already “overqualified” to the schools to which you are applying? I think you’ll be fine.

I’ll try to talk more about diversity and academics in my essay. Thanks again, Matisyahu!
