Looking for something

<p>If you could help me out finding a right college, it would be much appreciated. Having a very hard time finding an ideal place. I doubt college is for me, but I might as well try.</p>

<p>Some criteria:
In California (just for this topic)
Non Liberal Arts
Not Stanford, CalTech, or USC
Worth it for out of state student (meaning they also will give me money)
Open Minded
Worthwhile Education (a given?)
Non Religious
Not dominated by party scene (not my thing)</p>

<p>That is all I can think of at this moment. Don't ask about my intended major, because I don't know myself (I know I hate humanities though). I am a senior in HS, so I don't have all the time in the world.</p>
