Here’s my current list:

I would really appreciate any suggestions of schools I could add that I would have a better likelihood of getting into/have a chance at merit scholarships.

I will probably be majoring in (in order of probability) math, computer science, physics, or computer/electrical engineering, and currently I would like to go on to do a phd.

Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.):

Check out WPI. I think there is automatic merit for valedictorians, among other merit awards.

National Merit Semi Finalist? If so, check here: http://nmfscholarships.yolasite.com/

If not, check these:

Seconding WPI. Northeastern and BU also both offer good STEM programs overall and competitive merit scholarships.

I second those ^.

You’ll also almost certainly receive merit from RPI.

A good shot at all the others but the first 4 on your list don’t give merit. CMU does give some, though I don’t know if it does for CS (which is as competitive as Stanford/Caltech/MIT).
