<p>Take a look at the UCI marketplace on facebook. There will be plenty of people looking to lease out their rooms in Vista Del Campo and VDC Norte for the summer. Very nice accomodations, close to campus, and a single room with utilities for just over 600 a month which isn't bad at all.</p>
<p>I'm a male and virtually all the housing ads on facebook have this clause: "female only"... I'm serious! (I checked the site yesterday)</p>
