<p>i’d like to know too! it seems like all the fee waivers are for high school seniors.</p>
<p>On the signature page, there is a box to request fee waiver. I assume if you check that box, there is pop up that will ask why. did you try that??</p>
<p>I have contacted the “Transfer Center or Transfer Dept” at the University itself. If you send an email “requesting an application fee waiver”, most times they will attach it to their reply email .</p>
