Looking to apply AE and need advice!

I’m currently a male junior attending a very academically competitive high school ranked top 10 in California. I’m planning on applying as aerospace engineering major. I’m enrolled in my school’s STEM program, which has me take a few classes a year focused on different fields of engineering.
I’ve taken the following classes so far:

Freshman:
Geometry-A/A
Physics-B/B
Introduction to Engineering(learning 3D modeling)-A/A
Biology Honors-B/A
Scientific Research 1 A/A

Sophomore:
Algebra 2 H B/C
Chemistry H B/C
Digital Electronics A/A
Scientific Research 2A/A

Junior:(First Semester)
AP Chem- B
Ap Comp Sci- B
Pre Calc Honors- B
Aerospace Engineering- A
Scientific Research 3- A

Planning on taking next year:
AP Physics C
AP Calc BC
Digital Animation
Engineering Design and Development
Scientific Research 4

Weighted GPA: 4.0; Unweighted 3.5
My SAT is 1900 right now but I’m taking it again.
Taking SAT Chem & Math II in June.
Ethnicity: Hispanic
I’ve also applied to an summer internship at Boeing that my school offers.

Obviously my biggest concern is my two C’s my sophomore year and also a C in honors english my first semester of junior year.

I’m really worried about not being accepted into a good school that offers aerospace engineering when I apply to college next year. I was thinking about applying to the following:

UC Davis
UCSD
UCLA
Cal Poly SLO
U of Michigan
CU Boulder
Texas A&M
USC
Purdue

If someone could chance me on theses schools, that’d be amazing. And any advice or feedback on a school that might better fit me, please let me know.

Thank you very much.

What about money? Are you full pay anywhere or are you needing scholarships/financial aid?

I am a senior going into AE at Wichita State University in Kansas. It is not a top ranked university overall, but their AE program is particularly strong. They really push internships and co-ops and Wichita is filled with aerospace companies. It is really easy to get into, rolling admissions with an acceptance rate of 96%. It would be a good safety if you could pay for it. Their best scholarships are for NMF (full ride) but there’s also some other significant scholarships that are more competitive. I just visited there last week, and I REALLY liked it.

As for chances for those schools - no idea. They are almost all reaches, I think, (except maybe for Purdue), but you can certainly apply there. But definitely get some safeties in there just in case.

I’m not in need for financial aid. And thank you, I’ll check out Wichita! I really need to find good safety schools. Thanks
