Looking to see what my options would be

I'm not sure how to start these, so sorry if it's a hot mess. Anyways, I'm looking to see what you guys may think my chances would be for ivies, MIT, stanford, duke, carnegie mellon, and BU. Thanks so much to all for taking the time to check this out. I will admit that I am pretty confident about my choice in schools but there's always room for a second opinion!

Unweighted GPA: 3.800
Weighted GPA: 4.200
Class Rank: 121/401
My class is very competitive, and I was worried about my class rank but my counselor said it's pretty good considering how good our class is.
ACT: 30 (little prep, retaking in Dec)
SAT: 1900 (pretty bad but I didn't do any prep, retaking in dec)
SAT II Math II: 740
SAT II US History: 730

AP exams:
US History 5
Physics B 3

APs for this year:
Physics C
Calculus BC
Art History
Government

Extracurriculars:
LSU, helped create Astronomy Club, member of Women in Science and helped host STEM week, 200 hours of community service

Other important things:
Ethnicity: Hispanic
Gender: (think it says on the side but) female
Income: <40k (if it matters?)
I'm not sure if I'm first gen, so sorry if this sounds stupid but does it count if I'm the first in my immediate family to go to university? My brother is going to community college, my mother went to college in mexico, my dad never went so I'm not sure if I count.
Awards:
I received an achievement award for english sophomore year. Junior year I received two awards for hispanic achievement - one for top 5 GPA and another for outstanding achievement in science (funny since I got a 3 on the physics AP test.)
Intended major: biomed engineering, or chem engineering; eventually I'd like to go to med school

I'm not sure what else to share here, but basically my essay will talk about the obstacle of overcoming my father's death, I'm going to make sure it doesn't sound like a sob story as I want to focus more on how it's affected me, rather than how sad I was about it if that makes sense.

Also my letters of rec will be coming from two teachers who know me very well, if that helps. If there's anything else I can provide let me know and again thank you all so much!

Bump, I really would like to see what others think. Thanks.

Another bump here

Bump. Please someone chance me

Right now it is rather unlikely for all these schools (except BU). Your GPA is a little low, your class rank is below top 10 percent (which is not ideal with your GPA), your SAT/ACT are low and your ECs are average… You have a good shot at BU, the rest not so much.

You are an URM which will help, but at the least you really need to get those test scores up.
