Looking to transfer in Fall semester

I am currently sophomore at SBU in NY. I will be applying as a junior for Fall 2018. I wanna get into the business college.
Major: Business concentrating in Finance
GPA: 3.78
High School GPA: 3.9ish
Ethnic: Caucasian (international student from Turkey)
Clubs or Organizations: I am currently a member of 2 organizations. One of them is an honor society. Internships: I will do one in summer. (JP Morgan)
Letter of Recommendations: I’ll get from The Dean and my business prof.
SAT or ACT: Penn State doesn’t require so, I won’t take it.
TOEFL or IELTS: I will be completing two years in US university and have a grade of “C” in English classes.
Course Requirements: Couldn’t find anything.

I was accepted into Penn if that matters. Any reply will be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not sure if you are trying to get into Penn or Penn STATE? You say both above but they are two different schools. If you are trying to transfer into Penn States business school (Smeal) you can not transfer as a junior. Smeal requires you to start at Penn State for their business program.
