Looking to Transfer, LOT of questions

I have lost interest in applying for medical school, and have found myself drawn more towards research and engineering. I'm really liking biomedical engineering, and would like to find schools that offer transfer in the spring semester for such a program. Research universities are more favored. What are some schools, with good transfer rates that offer this program? I'm aware that I may have to spend a few more years in school finishing things, which is fine.

A bit about me:
GPA: 3.9, Double Major Biology and Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience, Honors Program, involved in student groups and activities in the university such as speaking for my majors (psychology and biology) at open house. I work in a neuroscience research lab, where I have completed one experiment, and have begun writing in hopes to have it submitted in a journal. I have plenty of volunteer hours, and am going to Africa in two days to help build a school and help a poor clinic in a local village. I am going to be a junior this coming fall. Not sure what else to add, the whole transferring process is a little daunting and overwhelming. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Oh and ACT of 29 overall

So far on my list I have Brown (reach), RPI, University of Rochester, Stevens institute of tech, Penn state, and boston U

Cheers

Rice University, Northwestern, Cornell, and WashU. I applied to all these places as a BME transfer. Seems like you should get into at least half of the ones you listed especially with your great credentials. I’m not sure how long it would take you to complete your degree. It might take up to 3-4 years since at most places there are many sequential courses and I don’t know how many math/physics courses you have taken. BME is quite an intensive major with respect to the number of classes required at most schools.
