Oh, gosh Elec! Did you apply to any other schools?

Goodness, I'm praying on good news tomorrow... I was already accepted into my first choice, except Loomis is such a great school, that I KNOW I'll reconsider if I get that acceptance letter. Revisit days are going to be vital for me. I'm praying for all of us here!

oh dearr.
loomis is my first choice, i REALLLYLYY hopee i get in
im in at two other schools, so if i dont get in its not the end of the worldd
it would still be kindof freaking awesome if i got in though :)

I've been rejected at two schools (but I had already decided that I didn't want to go to either of them any way) so I REALLY hope I get into Loomis. Its been my first choice almost the whole time (partially cause I have legacy)

So you guys think it would be safe to apply to LC, without strong athletic talents, right?
I would really like that since my d is not into sports at all, and when we research BS, LC was the No1 choice that she wants to apply next year (2010). Can any of you post the profiles, so it can be helpful for next year LC wanntabe?
Thanks in advance!

JUST opened my acceptance to Loomis for junior year :].
Twinzy -- I am not a big sports person. Last year I was really into my team, and captain, and this year I'm noit sure whether or not I want to pursue it. However, if she loves LC, then they'll accept her is she isn't an athlete, if she's strong in other areas :D

just opened my acceptance too!!! (9th grade boarding)
Twinzy: check out TomTheCat's thread about acceptances, I will be posting my stats there, and you can see what I have (that your daughter may or may not)

No, I won't apply as a senior next year... that just doesn't make sense to me since it's a bit late. I hope you'll have a great experience at Loomis. :) It's an amazing school!!

Scotland- not quite sure. Seems everyone from financial aid is on vacation till next week sometime. What an emotional roller coaster ride. It doesn't feel great to know he's been accepted but we can't afford to send him. We can only hope that students who have been accepted but don't plan to go get back to Loomis quickly so we aren't stuck in limbo for another month. Maybe the president will give us a stimulas package! Really, anyone out there have any suggestions please help us out.
