Is a score of 33 (35 English, 35 Reading, 33 Science, 28 Math,
10 essay w/ 33 combined English/writing) worth retaking if I’m looking at schools like Princeton and Columbia? I want to be an English major btw and don’t want to pursue/study math at all.

There is no need for you to retake. Work on the other aspects of your application.
I would retake, just to be safe.
Your scores are fine. You can’t guarantee that you can keep those 35s and raise your math score the next time you take the ACT.
Not sure the point of just retaking it. If you want to put some serious study in on Math and maybe Science and then retake it, that might be a good idea. No reason to think just retaking it will result in a better score.
