<p>Hi, my teacher was about to submit the letter of recommendation, all the ratings and questions were completed, pdf uploaded successfully (three green checks), but it still says 'incomplete' and there were no 'submit' buttons!
We triple checked, there were no unanswered questions. What is the problem here? Are we missing something? Please help! Thank you!</p>
