<p>One of the professors I've asked to write me a LOR has emailed me by saying that if I need more than one LOR I should register with a letter service! I have no idea of what this service is and how does it work! Please help me!</p>

<p>My undergraduate college’s career development office offered to keep letters of recommendation on file. Upon written request, the office would forward copies of those letters to the designated recipient. </p>
<p>There are probably private companies who offer the same service, in case your college doesn’t.</p>
