Losing my acceptance

I'm worried that my admission into FSU will be revoked. I currently have a D in my college statistics class and it would take a small miracle for me to get a C.
I'm still going to gun for the C but worst case scenario I end up with a D.

With the D I will have a 2.0 college GPA.
My high school grades are decent, and I got straight A's first semester.
I am going to email the professor to see what I can do and also call FSU if I do in fact end up with a D.

I have already paid for my summer and fall dorm and am registered for orientation. I am set to go to the college in June.

bump

Maybe if you asked a question, you would get a response.

Sooo what do you want me to answer?

Sorry, I worded that kind of ambiguously. What is the likelihood that I have my admission rescinded or deferred to spring with one D? I’m already as committed to going to FSU as I currently can be.

Well congratulations on getting accepted into FSU. I’ll be applying there next year. I really think you should go to your HS GC and ask if this is something you should bring up with FSU sooner rather than later.
I would try to do this tomorrow and call the school tomorrow if your GC recommends it. You still have 3 days until you have to reply to any other school.
While I doubt you’ll be rescinded if you have all As in your other classes, there’s still a slight risk. Worst case scenario, you get rescinded. Best case scenario, nothing happens. What might happen though is they defer you to the fall term so you can make up the class over the summer.

Thanks, she said i shouldn’t get rescinded because I will still have a 2.0 college gpa going in.
I will be doing credit forgiveness or whatever it is called eventually as well. I plan on calling FSU soon but I want to talk to her one more time first.
