Losing scholarship/rescind?

<p>I got an F third quarter. I also have an 8,000 dollar scholarship for involvement in my school/the community.
If my transcript shows I've received an F before, will they still hold the bad grade against me even though I've shown that I've gotten one before?</p>

<p>This sounds really terrible now that I read it over, haha. What I mean to say is, I'm not going to fail the class for the semester, but if they get a third quarter update, they'll see the F.</p>
