<p>I changed the email account on common app today (no applications submitted) and now I am unable to access it. I saved my CAID. I was able to send a password reset email to inbox #1, but received an error message. Is there anyone I can contact? I know creating a second account in your name is a horrible idea. Am I completely screwed?</p>
<p>You are right about not creating a second account. That would make things worse. </p>
<p>Without logging in, go to the Help Center in the Common App site and use the ‘Ask A Question’ tab at the top to get in touch with them directly online about your problem. They’ve been pretty responsive to others in this forum this fall who have had log in frustrations.</p>
