<p>Two out of three colleges mailed a letter that said they never received the teacher and counselor recommendations, although it shows it was downloaded several weeks ago on the Common App. Anyone else have that problem?</p>
<p>I would probably call the colleges and tell them what you see, then ask if there is anything you can do to help get the materials to them. If they are confused about that, I would then contact Common App Support with the names of the colleges that reported your materials as not received. They can follow up with the college to make sure that the folks there know how to re-download the materials from the Common App system.</p>
<p>We ended up sending the missing stuff by mail. I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem. It is a bummer if you think everything has been received and you end up getting a letter requesting missing recs a month later!</p>
