I am completely clueless on what to do now.

I am going to be applying for next Fall. I have made a list of about 15 colleges, and also have written the SAT I and II's. I am unsure what to do now. I want to start with my app essays, but where do I get the prompts, because not all of the colleges put them on their site.

Can anyone help me out?

I think you should concentrate on your 12th and EC’s. You can go on the common app and, even though the new common app doesn’t come into effect until august, you can at least see the essay prompts and get an idea of how they’re going to be. Chances are they might be the same essentially in spite of being worded differently. The “Why ‘insert school name’” essay does seem to be a pretty common fixture for many schools and it may be a good idea to work on those.

idream is right, as always
For the CommonApp essay, you can choose any topic you want, there are no specific topics per se( However, there are few essay topics, but the list is not finite).
As for the College Supplements, you can always Google them, however:Why “insert college name” ?? essay is very common-as idream already said.
For the college list, IMO you should match all colleges through CC’s Super Match search tool to find a school within your range, you should have a couple of financial safeties as well( As the Parents here rightly say ). :D

Finally, come March, We stand together my friend!! :p
