<p>Maybe this will cause some of those slumlords to actually put some money back into those overpriced moldy insect infested holes they call student apartments.
Could not believe the condition & asking rent of some of the places north of University Ave.</p>

<p>I agree xNYer. Friend stayed at one of those places and they were the biggest dumps ever. I decided to pay a bit more for a renovated place west of campus and it was extremely pleasant to live in - much more pleasant than where I live now.</p>
