I'm a senior in high school who has applied to the UC's as a freshman. But now I am considering transfering to UC's for economic reasons, plus its my best shot at UCLA and CAL. Now I have the following AP scores I wanted to know if my ap scores will give me the credit to help fill my 60 needed credits to transfer. I want to be in and out of CC in one year hopefully my Ap scores will help me do this. Also will it look bad for a bulk of my classes to be opted out by AP credit. Or does it just mean I need to do very well in my college classes to have a good GPA? Is it possible to be in and out in one year if I meet all the pre-reqs for the major I will choose?

AP World History 3
AP US History 3
AP English Composition 3
Ap Enviromental Science 4

I plan on takeing and passing the following
AP Psy
AP Gov
AP Bio
Ap English Lit

I have also taken a level 170 engr class with a B for 2 credits and a Engr 302I class with an A for 3 credits at a CSU. Can I use those as well for credit towards the UC's? Also does it matter if I take classes at different CC's?

It is possible to be in and out in one year if you are willing to work for it. Colleges don’t care how long you’re at a CC so long as all of your major pre-reqs are done, IGETC is completed and you meet your 60 unit minimum. Heck, some UC’s are more lenient and will let you transfer without all of your major prep completed, although for admission purposes it is HIGHLY recommended you have those completed prior to transfer if possible so as to reduce your schooling time once you have transferred.

They also don’t care if most of your units are AP so long as the scores are high enough to satisfy their requirements (Ex: some schools/individual departments may not accept 3’s on certain tests). Just be sure to do well at your CC to keep a competitive GPA for your school of choice. As for your CSU courses, check with your local CCC counselor (More preferably, a UC transfer rep for your school of choice) and have them compare your courses’ description with the descriptions of similar courses offered at the UC. Generally, if it is a lower-level GenEd class, it will most likely transfer. Finally, it doesn’t matter how many CCC’s you attend, they UC’s don’t care so long as the necessary work is done prior to transfer. You may consider looking into a TAP agreement at your local CCC for Cal and UCLA as it will give you higher priority in transfer admissions so long as you adhere to the guidelines set by the college in your agreement. HTH. :)
