<p>I want to apply to the UC colleges for Computer Science in the College of Letters and Sciences division. I'm gonna be a senior in High School. Do I need a SAT Math II subject test or not? It says I do not: <a href="http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/freshman/requirements/examination-requirement/SAT-subject-tests/%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/freshman/requirements/examination-requirement/SAT-subject-tests/&lt;/a> but I'm freaking out please help me???? I am gonna be studying to retake my SAT in October and studying to take SAT Subject tests Lit and Bio in November. I really do not want to take this math test, as I am not very good at precalc. </p>

<p>Also, for the bio sat, do I take ecology and microbiology??? My prep book has both.</p>

it is not mandatory. it is pretty clear. Otherwise, not taking any sat ii test is quite bad, since it will totally give you a boost. If you know you won’t have a good score, just do not take it.
I am assuming you will take Lit and Bio, so you will altready have 2 SAT Subject Tests. That is totally fine.</p>

<p>For Bio E or M, just go with the one you are most confortable with. Take a diagnostic test and see in which you get a higher score, or look at the programe asked and see what topics you know the best.</p>
