<p>the tops scholarship(lofsa) is exclusive to louisiana i beleive and i know i get additional money from it(not included in my fa of 1600$/semester), so how would i find that out</p>
<p>the lofsa website isnt helpful, and i dont want to just assume i have the money
ive asked ul but i havent heard anything about it, so who knows how to find this information, or is it just given</p>
<p>the prerequisites say id have the highest award available</p>
