A few days ago I received my A.P World History score (unfortunately). I got a ridiculously low 2 ( I expected it as I am horrible in history). My question is should I add it to my college application ( I am appyling to IVY's)?

A Little Info:
AP World History Course - 93 average overall (discrepancy anyone?)

I have read a myriad of posts about this ranging from:
1- If you dont send a 4 or 5, your doomed in regard to IVY's
2- Eh, a 3 or up is good, below that, dont add it on
3- Well, you did take a very hard class and although a 2 isnt the best, at least you tried
4- IVY's really dont care about what score you necessarily got, but if you challened yourself, tried to take the AP test (very grueling in itself), and did good in the class. Send the 2 and have no regrets!
5- A 2 is possible qualified and so colleges may wonder if your "possibly qualified" to do to good in their university. Dump it!
6- A.P's dont hurt you, they help you - the only requirement is getting over a 1, which is no recommendation! Anything else you should send.
AND MUCH MORE .....

It is really hard to make a decision when so many people are saying contradictory things. I would really like if someone can give me an answer to my questions. Is it okay to send a score of 2 to Upen or Cornell? Are A.P's really that important in college admissions, and moreover, will a 2 hurt me more than it will help?
