I didn't do well on my ACT, but I completely forgot that I had included 4 schools during the registration so is it too late to cancel them? What if I don't report them on the common app but the official score reports are still received? Will it be counted? I did really poorly on the science section and I'm applying as a bio major (doing pre-med) to johns hopkins, stanford, and usc ba/md program

I did well on my SAT and I only wanted colleges to see those scores...

Don’t worry about it at all. When the schools get your SAT and ACT they convert your ACT to an SAT score and they count whatever is higher. They will disregard your ACT score and count only your SAT score.

Oohh! Sorry, I didn’t read your full post. I understand now, with the whole science thing… But still, don’t cancel it! Schools will view your highest score always.

I don’t think that the science ACT is very reflective of your science skills. It’s more like a reading section with science-based materials. At least, so I’ve been told and so I noted when I took the ACT. Don’t worry, especially since you can’t do anything about it at this point.
