Low ACT, Great GPA

How badly will a 31-32 ACT be looked up on when applying to ivy league colleges + Stanford if someone has an incredible transcript? This is for a friend. In a holistic view, no ivy league applicants ever in classes of 220 consistently from our school. Not many in 30 ACT+ range. No AP classes are offered at our school.

4.000 UW GPA through junior year. Self studied 3 APs. Bio (5), Psych (5), World History (5)

Senior: 3.97 UW GPA (Most are dual enrollment)
AP english
Physics for Scientists and Engineers I, II
Genetics, Cell biology
Statistics, Calculus II
Honors Chemistry I, II
Macroeconomics, microeconomics
AP European History
Ceramics
French I

one AP online, one offered in accelerated program at a college

I think that ACT score wouldn’t in any way make it impossible to get in, I feel like Ivies care more about GPA and extracurriculars and awards. You have as good a chance as anyone, but that being said, literally everyone has a very low chance of getting in, as their acceptance rates are ridiculously low. I wouldn’t let your scores discourage you from applying though!
