Low ACT/SAT score, high GPA....how often do you see this?

<p>well, i'm salutarian right now only b/c the valedictorian set his schedule up better than I did.... props to him.</p>

<p>so i'm 2 out of 300+...... 2160 composite SAT, 35 ACT.</p>

<p>I think he got a 2040 SAT, not sure bout ACT, and he's retakin SAT.</p>

<p>however, me and him aren't applying to the same colleges, so I don't really care bout competing w/ him outside of valedictorian.</p>

<p>also, strangely enough, the top 3 kids from my grade (valedict, salutar, tertiarian) all live in the same neighborhood :O...... smart neighborhood.</p>

<p>Very true, some people just cant take tests well, although they are plenty smart, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. In the short run, it may kill you. In the long run, it will payback. The problem with me is I know if I could up my score 5-10 points, I know I'd have a shot at some real nice full-ride scholarships.</p>
