Low cost schools for BME or comp sci

Ive compiled a nice list of a schools i'd love to go to (like duke, carnegie, stanford...), but they're all really expensive. I haven't totally set on a area of study, but I'm thinking most likely biology or computer science, maybe chem E. What are some schools strong in these areas for a relatively low cost compared to the aforementioned schools?
I'm not going to list all my stats, but id be a pretty strong applicant (34 act, bunch of APs, high gpa, all the usual)

Thanks everyone!

What state do you live in?

If you live in CA, Berkeley is top in all engineering fields and is cheap. You probably don't live in ca though

^ Other state schools have top engineering programs as well:

Georgia Tech
Michigan
Wisconsin
Illinois
Penn State
Purdue
Minnesota
Washington
Texas
...

Of course, the cheapest are probably Olin and Cooper Union - they give full tuition scholarships to all admitted students.

Do you qualify for any financial aid?

Pay for College - College Scholarships - Financial Aid - School Loans - Easyplanner

sadly i don't. my parents' income is above that where I'd get any need-based, but the schools i mentioned in my original post are still too expensive to pay in full.
Thanks for all the help so far everyone!
