low gpa but good scores?

<p>I have a 3.3 gpa, looking to raise to a 3.5 hopefully. i scored a 31 on the ACT first time. i am almost positive i can raise it to a 32. also i am NOT in the top 10% of my class.</p>

<p>any school recommendations?</p>

<p>oh and ill be going in as a science major.</p>

what state are you in?</p>

<p>with a 3.5 and if you raise your ACT to 32 or more (31 is already pretty well) you can probably get a slight reach on the lower high echelon and a reach on some higher echelon</p>
