Low GPA but passed IB

I am originally from the UK, but I graduated from high school in Dubai.
I had a disastrous freshman year, although it improved later, my GPA is only 2.23.
SATs are 490 for Math, 540 for Reading and 520 for Writing.
I passed my IB last summer and am currently taking a gap year, working as a teaching assistant in an elementary school. My EC's include saxophone, guitar and voice lessons. Habitat for Humanity as an upperclassman and Cross Country and Softball. I am not looking for financial aid. I've applied to University of Arizona, Syracuse University, Ithaca College, University of Washington and St Michael's College. I was accepted to University of Hartford. I am looking to be undecided, but most likely I am going to major in History. What are my chances of getting in to any of these and I would be grateful for any other school suggestions. Thank you.

The low GPA will probably hurt you… American Universities don’t really consider the IB Diploma… I know some people will disagree with me, but American unis like APs SATs SATIIs TOEFL and all other American credentials

Actually most colleges view IB above AP because while you can take max maybe 5 AP classes you can take 7-8 IB classes a year.

^

Actually, at most schools that offer so many, people can take up to 7 APs in a year and self-study some others.

True it is possible, but with scheduling it is quite impossible that just because there are seven periods in a day that an AP class will be open every period.
