Low GPA, chance me anyway?

<p>I really really slacked freshman and part of sophomore year, but there's an upward trend in my GPA. It will keep on going up though, hopefully up to a 3.5 UW by the end of the year...</p>

• SAT I (breakdown): 2070 - 700W, 700M, 670CR
• ACT: Taking in june, got a 33 on multiple practice tests though
• SAT II: MathI (750), Math II (730), US History (700), Physics (700)
• Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.3 UW, 3.6 Weighted
• Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): School does not rank
• AP (place score in parenthesis): Psychology (Taking in two weeks!)
• Senior Year Course Load: AP US Government, AP Microeconomics, Anatomy and Physiology Honors, English 12H, Statistics AP, Calculus Honors</p>

<p>Subjective:
• Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Student Council (Vice Pres. Junior year), Class President, National Technical Honor Society (Secretary), Cyberbullying Club- Teenangels (Co-Founder and President), Animal Rights Club (Vice President), Varsity Golf (Captain senior year)
• Job/Work Experience: Works at frozen yogurt store :)
• Volunteer/Community service: Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and at the Local library and hopital.
• Summer Activities: Nothing special, vacation and golf practice</p>

<p>@golfgirl91 I suggest you take on the ethnicity of your adopted parents (hopefully they are not Asian). Asian and Female you are already behind the 8 ball. Also, pick Engineering as your Major and then switch to what you really want. Females get preference when it comes to Engineering Majors.</p>

<p>^No engineering majors at Georgetown. At Georgetown there is a 3+2 Engineering Program with Columbia University.</p>

<p>My parents are caucasian and jewish. Can I actually put down caucasian on apps?</p>
