6 AP's so far (AP US History, AP Lit and comp, AP lang and comp, AP Southern Lit, AP Calc AB, AP enviro sci.). The rest of my classes since 9th grade have been honors.</p>
<p>I go to a small private school in washington, dc, and I am white. I have lots of community service hrs, and I played V baseball. I am not asking for any financial aid. I recently sent out my application.</p>
<p>Do you live in DC too? In/Out of state could make all the difference. IIRC, they don't look at writing, which was your strong point on the SATs, which will hurt. If you are able to explain your low GPA and you write good essays you might have a shot, but overall I'd say it might be a reach. Other opinions would be good though.</p>
<p>The only difficulties I see are the GPA and the fact that you're OOS. I'd say you have a better chance at getting in than not.</p>
