Low GPA first few semesters making bad impression on Professors?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I had a lower GPA in my first few semesters (~3.0) and I was wondering if that will low professors' perceptions of me when grading my work this semester. I have been improving my GPA and look to work even harder this semester. I'm just worried that my professors might see that I'm a B student, and even if I do A work in their class, they won't give me an A. Do professors see your GPA and will that negatively affect the way they grade you?</p>
