Low GPA for Carleton or Ottawa?

<p>I am from Bangladesh and passed in 2009 in electrical and electronic engineering from BUET(Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology) with a low CGPA of 2.87 out of 4.0. Now i desperately want to do graduate in a university in Ontario. Though i prefer Carleton , Ottawa would also be good. I am working in a power engineering company for the last two years. And i got 7.0 in IELTS. what are chances? and what should i do or can do to get into carleton for MASc in engineering? help please.</p>
