I probably can't get into a lot of these schools but thanks

anyone?..

I definitely do not think you’re a long shot for these schools. BC and NYU are the only real reaches, honestly. Michigan is surprisingly not extremely selective, given its prestige. I’m in - state, but I know a kid who had like a 3.0 (maybe even worse? I dunno, but it was BAD) but a 34 on the ACT and got in. That 33 will help you out a lot with Michigan. Also, you have a good upward trend in GPA, which is always a positive. Good luck!

thanks do you think i should send both sets of scores even if my sat isnt good?

Nah I’d just send your ACT. Your 33 is wayyy better than your SAT score, so I don’t think there’s a need to send both. Then again, if you get a 2100+, go for it

Your high test scores and GPA improvement will help out alot. However, U of Michigan, BC, and NYU are low reaches/high matches. For your application try to write something in your essay about how you improved.

The upward trend with your GPA is a plus, and you have a pretty good ACT score. That makes you a good candidate for almost all of the schools. Getting into Boston College and NYU will be trickier, so write killer essays.

Your ACT is not that high,… but upward trend seems awesome.

Is your school hard?

yes, my school is the #1 in Kentucky and one of the top 100 public schools in the nation. the acceptance rate to my school is like 1:5
