I am from Pakistan and I want to do Masters in engineering from America. My undergrad degree was in engineering as well. My GRE score is 325(164 in Quantitative & 161 in Verbal) & IELTS score is 8.0, however my GPA is only 2,74.
So is there any school that I can get in & it will cost me $20,000/year at most?
