I have a 2.9 GPA Cumulative
9- 2.9
10- 2.2 (1 AP)
11- 3.6 (1 AP)
12- 2.9 (3 AP's)

First two years were because of moving and living in an unstable environment which I mentioned in my essay.

What I'm worried about though is my increase in grades during my junior year, then decline in 12th. It's a pretty uneven trend, even though obviously my work load my senior year is extremely difficult.

Anyways, I got a 1930 SAT score which isn't "high" but moderate I guess. I'm from northern VA (moved around a lot though - Bolivia, Korea, Peru, etc) and have legacy status at USC (Cali). I've lots of EC's (less numbers than meaning) including work for the Smithsonian, Habitat for Humanity, and saving a non profit organization (volunteer fairfax) with hundreds of dollars. I've also worked for a major web design/software development company.

Anyways...

What are my chances at William and Mary (I have recommendations to this specific school from my employers who are alumni), Lehigh, Maryland, and Northeastern?
What about USC or UVA? I'm thinking about applying just for the sake of it because one of my friends got accepted to Upenn with a 3.6 GPA and a 1150 SAT score... maybe it's because she's an international student though and applied early decision...

In any case, advice/thoughts would help!
Please pm if you are willing to read my essays/short answers too!!

Thanks much!
