<p>I think your ACT and SAT definitely make up for what’s not quite there with the GPA (which TBH isn’t bad). You’re also on an upward trend which helps. With compelling essays I’m sure you’ll get in.</p>

<p>SAT, ACT, SAT2s, all 5s in APs, anyone looking at your GPA will be confused.
That said, any school will consider you as a terrific candidate.</p>

<p>I’m not so sure. With all of the high test scores, the B+ GPA is a problem unless the high school has a case of grade deflation.</p>

He does not have just a high SAT, I grant you it is a matter of prep. 800s on SAT 2s like Physics and History, 5s across the board on APs. It is hard to believe someone who mastered all this material has such low GPA.</p>
