What are my chances for any college?

I would say at most colleges you would be a fair candidate. 12 APs is really impressive, as long as you did well in those classes. Your SAT is very good too. Will your guidance counselor be able to write about your drop in GPA in recommendations? If not, make sure you mention that somewhere on your applications because that’s a very legitimate reason to have such a low GPA. I think it will help you that your GPA increased throughout high school (excluding the outlier from sophomore year), because you were earning better grades in what are supposed to be harder classes. And extracurrics never hurt, but it will be especially helpful if you are an officer (president, treasurer, etc.) in at least one. And colleges love to see volunteering so are you in any community service clubs? Sorry that was kind of rambling! Hope that helps!
