<p>I didnt go thru the entire thread but here is our situation</p>
<p>combined SAT 1230 (no prep we told just take and see what happens)
GPA 2.0</p>
<p>my son was diagnosed early on as border line ADD recommendations from both doctors were not to medicate, we agreed.</p>
<p>Loren (as told) by every teacher without fail indicated that if he would not forget his daily assignments would have a B or A in all the classes.</p>
<p>Loren will ace a test and loose all homework assignments.</p>
<p>any recommendation out there on an approach to college ? Here are our thoughts:</p>
<ol>
<li>make personal case to good liberal arts school (small)</li>
<li>do gap year with americore to let loren gain some fire in his belly for self organization.</li>
<li>take SAT again and prepare this time and shoot for over 1300.
By they way he is a very good ultimate player</li>
</ol>
