<p>OP, I don’t believe in chance threads because if admissions officers can’t predict your odds of acceptance then no one on CC can either. But…I did want to share that I was admitted early to Bowdoin with high scores – similar to you many AP 5s and high ACT – and a relatively low GPA. Tbh my GPA is not as low as yours (but low for Bowdoin) but you have a REALLY strong upward trend which is what they look for. Some colleges don’t even consider freshman year grades. Make sure your essays really show who you are as a person, and that your application overall shows what you will uniquely contribute to the Bowdoin community. GL!</p>
