Ignore the stupid snideness from nretni.

You can't change your undergraduate GPA once you graduate so don't focus on it. And I don't know how to convert your grades to an American grading system, but business schools are much less concerned about undergraduate grades than most other graduate schools-especially grades from 5+ years ago. Your achievements in the workforce are much more important to your admission. Top business schools are looking for evidence of your leadership abilities, creativity, initiative, intelligence and, let me say it again, leadership abilities.

The best fix for mediocre grades is starting a company or two-assuming you can't inherit a company from your parents. Or get elected to public office. (No I am not being facetious.) The second option is to be such a steller employee that your employer sponsors you: a few companies do this. Check to see what kind of educational benefits yours offers. A third, more common option is to work hard, have something to show for it professionally, and get the GMAT scores and letters of recommendations that prove that you have the business acumen they are seeking. Find other Indian professionals in the community who have done this and get them to share the finer 'how to' points with you.

One place you might start is with whatever business school program is nearest to you. Set up a meeting with an admissions officer and ask for their guidence on what they require.

? Wasn't being snide. Honestly can't understand that post. I wanted to help, just don't know how.

^^ Then don't post anything smarta$$

Thank you for your help. What is your opinion on attending a community college?Should i start from there and do my preperation for GMAT, or should i attend a University?
