<p>CA Resident, Bay Area</p>

<p>UW GPA: 2.8-ish (Big problem)
UC GPA: 3.3-ish
School doesn't rank.</p>

<p>SAT I: 2210 (Taking December one)</p>

<p>SAT II:
Math II-760
USH-730
Physics-710</p>

<p>ACT: 35 </p>

<p>No real notable EC's to speak of.</p>

<p>Taken 6 AP's, taking 6 more this year.</p>

<p>So, any chances for all the UC's?</p>

<p>If I'm correct, the difficulty tiering is something like this:
UCB,UCLA
UCSD
UCD,UCI,UCSB
UCSC
UCM,UCR</p>

<p>If you have a low GPA try to explain that in the "other" section.
Your SATS are really high so they will assume you attended an extremely hard HS.
That being said I got into UCLA with WAAAAY lower stats than you and I'm WHITE!</p>
