Low GPA...

Hi, I'm a senior, and I was wondering if I had a chance at the very least, a state college. I'm from India, and I'm a first generation student in America also. My freshman/sophomore years were bad also.. here's my info

Freshman GPA: 2.4 - No honors/ap's
Sophomore GPA:3.5 - No honors/ap's
Junior GPA: 3.9 - Honors Alg II
Senior GPA: 5.0 - Honors Pre calc, Honors Spanish III, AP Literature, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP advanced Physics
Cumulative:3.65 Weighted... :( :( :(
Class rank: Top 20%
ACT:30
SAT I: 1350
SAT II:
Literature:680
Chemistry:730
Biology:690
Physics: 700

OK recommendations
Good essay

EC's
400 Hours community service Junior/Senior year
Tennis Junior/Senior year
Key club Senior year
Summer job Junior year

Now, I'm looking at admission to:
Missouri University at St. Louis
Missouri University at Columbia
Washington University
Kansas University

Do I have any chances considering I did poorly freshman/sophomore year, and considering my lack of EC's until junior/senior year?

You should get into to those schools. You should add some matches/reaches.

Really? interesting.
for right now I would consider:
WUMSTL:Reach?
Mizzou at St. Louis:Match?
Mizzou at Columbus:Match?
Kansas University:Match?

Colleges love to see an upward trend in grades. They also like to see that you challenged yourself with your course selection, which you clearly did. Many schools don't even care about freshman year grades. So your grades shouldn't be a problem, and with your excellent SAT scores and ECs, you are an excellent candidate for admission.
